This is a cocktail demonstration for everyone, no matter your experience or skill level. Every demonstration is structured to learn the fundamentals of making cocktails, as well as the foundational history of why we make cocktails.

We will begin with the basic use of the bar tools, we will learn cocktail terminology and all together we will learn and create 3 – 4 cocktails. Our team of bartenders and mixologists is ready to teach you how to shake, strain, and stir your favorite cocktails.

During the 2-hour demonstration, we will explore cocktails, some “seemingly familiar” and some not-so-familiar as we make 3 – 4 delicious drinks in this fun, educational, and interactive demo!

For the virtual experiences, each beverage will use only one base spirit, so you will not need to worry about spending money on less-commonly used bottles. The goal is to get the most mileage out of your home bar and feel confident in what you mix. The Diva will suggest spirits for the specific class that you are in, but these recipes are designed to allow you to use any spirit you like! For a virtual experience, there is also an option to purchase our mixology box – our version of the famous food prep boxes. This eliminates the need to run to the store to purchase your ingredients.

For the in-person experiences, all of your equipment and ingredients will be provided ready for you to learn how to make cocktails that combine spirits, blend mixers, balance botanicals, and foreground your favorite flavor profiles. You’ll leave the class with a recipe list of fun cocktails to make at home – perfect for stunning your friends at your next dinner party. There will be a light lunch provided during this hands-on experience.
